Jesus College, Cambridge: New Kitchen
A ten year project involving the creation of a new Kitchen and Servery. I was Involved from the creation of the initial floor plans and first concept models / visuals, through initial planning, planning permissions, building regulations, design, detailing and construction. I contributed more than two hundred architects drawings carefully detailing the intricate reconfiguration of existing buildings, which were all Grade I listed. Some of which had hardly changed for five hundred years.

Jesus College, Cambridge: Porters' Lodge
Completed in 2019, the new Porters Lodge at Jesus College, by Paul Vonberg, required extensive detailing of a large number of bespoke elements. Including a snug seat formed out of brick, somewhere for students to quietly read or scroll, and new facilities for the Porters. Also detailed were over one thousand pigeonholes, for students’ letters and parcels and a gown store. Creation of all construction drawings, Planning Application submissions, Building Regulations, Visuals and 3D models for client approval / development, 3D prints.

Component Visual: Window detailing
Visual for the approval of the combination of stone window surround material, Crittal window and brick type, for the new three storey extension created during the Kitchen redevelopment project at Jesus College, Cambridge. The stone head (spolium) was one of several found in the College ‘stone store’ which was incorporated into the new build. Modelled in SolidWorks, rendered in Modo.

Once of several exterior renderings used for a paragraph 79(e), formerly Paragraph 55, planning application, for a new dwelling, by Paul Vonberg. Where only dwellings of “exceptional quality”, that are “truly outstanding or innovative”, reflecting the “highest standards in architecture” are allowed to be built in the countryside. The dwelling is designed to blend with its surroundings, its South face this crinkle-crankle wall at the edge of an existing wildflower meadow. Model and rendering created in Modo.

Richmond-Upon-Thames: Family Home
Extensive development of two semi-detached houses to form one large family home. Including new basement, extensions and parking for a number of prestige sports cars. AutoCAD architects drawings.

Roofing components: Diagrammatic plan
Visual to demonstrate the layers and components required for a flat roofing solution. The colours of the components correspond with the colour coded product identification that the roofing company uses. Model and visual created in SolidWorks, text and drawing detail added in Illustrator.
